Are you a German Speaking Customer Service and Operations Assistant who would like to join our global team in our Head Office in West London?

Key duties include:
Assist customers via phone or email for UK and Europe; resolving queries and providing product advice as neededPlace ordersProcess repairsHandle returnsLiaise with suppliersLiaise and support our sales representativesProvide support for the operations managerTo conduct special operational projects as requested by your managerAny other operational and customer service-related duties
Required skills and experience
Experience handling customers, ideally in a similar high-end retail/wholesale environmentProactive, confident, and dynamic personalityExcellent communication skills and a team playerIT literateBilingual in German and English (written and spoken) a big plusTechnical or mechanical background and understanding is also a plus
