An exciting opportunity has arisen due to our successful growth for an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies designed to boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance product engagement for our eCommerce software solutions. This role will involve overseeing digital marketing initiatives, forging partnerships, managing event marketing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to propel business growth.

Responsibilities:

        1) Marketing Strategy and Partnerships

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and customer acquisition, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, agencies, and platforms. Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, manage affiliate and referral programs, and build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.

        2)  Event Marketing and Management

  • Lead the organization, execution, and promotion of company-led events, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and live product demonstrations, aimed at increasing brand exposure.
  • Sponsorship and Speaking Engagements: Secure opportunities for event sponsorships and executive speaking engagements to bolster the company’s industry presence.
  • Customer and Partner Events: Organize exclusive events for customers and partners to foster relationships, enhance loyalty, and provide valuable product updates and training.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Oversee lead-nurturing campaigns and evaluate event success using data-driven insights to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).

      3) Digital Marketing and SEO

  • Digital Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Marketing: Lead the content strategy, producing blogs, white papers, case studies, and product-related content that educates potential customers and supports the sales funnel.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize processes, nurture leads, and track performance, ensuring effective use of CRM data for targeted marketing.

    4) Product Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Product Launches: Manage go-to-market strategies for new software releases, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns for successful market entry.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with impactful product marketing materials, such as brochures, explainer videos, and customer testimonials, to facilitate deal closures.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitive positioning, customer needs, and industry trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and effectively marketed.

    5) Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs—such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI—to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies and adjustments.

      6) Team Leadership and Vendor Management

  • Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality and performance standards.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across all marketing initiatives, including partnerships and events.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • SaaS or eCommerce Marketing Experience: Proven track record in the SaaS or eCommerce sector, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong capability to interpret data and leverage insights for strategic marketing decisions and performance improvements.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a history of producing compelling content and marketing materials.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Event and Partnership Management: Experience in managing event marketing and developing partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
