We are looking for an experienced and confident Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our existing friendly, professional and hard-working team on a full-time basis. (part time also available)

Responsibilities

To support the day to day running of the setting.Manage and supervise children in the setting.  To support colleagues and work as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environments for all children (aged 0-5years).  Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, development and independence.Cleaning and following procedures required to maintain a healthy environment.  Communicate effectively and professionally with parent handovers and colleagues.To complete and keep up to date key children developmental records.To complete and keep up to date daily online care diary on Tapestry.To work as part of a team to ensure that Ofsted standards are always followed.Assist in the continuous improvement in childcare practices.Complying with Health and Safety at Work legislation.Attending ongoing training (in-house and courses) to support CPD.

 

Essential requirements

A good understanding of the EYFSLevel 2 or 3 qualification.A minimum of 1 to 2 years previous experience of working in a nursery setting.
