Restaurant Manager
Based in Roundstone, West Sussex, BN16 4BD
Salary up to £25k per annum dependent on experience
You will be required to assist the restaurant general manager in leading a large restaurant team and offer excellent customer service through effective product display and presentation in order to meet challenging company sales targets and objectives.
You will actively contribute towards the achievement of budgeted sales and margins including the overall control of the restaurant stock levels and payroll.
You will be required to work alongside and support your Restaurant General Manager and Head Chef in recruitment, induction and training of all new catering staff. You will also identify individual development needs and actively support their personal training and development plans.
You will have excellent planning and prioritising skills and be able to demonstrate outstanding people and team management.
You should have previous large volume & high turnover catering/hospitality related management experience and you must also have excellent customer service & communication skills.
A working knowledge of health & safety/food hygiene legislation is also required.
